Welcome to Outlet. By using this site (the "Site"), you (or "User") agree to the terms and conditions that we ("Outlet" or "Volotek Pte Ltd" or "Volotek") have provided. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of the Site.

General

Volotek may change the Terms of Use and/or our Privacy Policy from time to time and at any time, and without actual notice to you. All such changes to these Terms of Use will appear on Outlet.com.sg. If we make changes to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and you continue to use our Site, you are impliedly agreeing to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy expressed herein.

The Site may be unavailable from time to time for any reason. You understand and acknowledge that due to circumstances both within and outside of the control of Volotek, access to the Site may be interrupted, suspended or terminated from time to time. Volotek shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site.

You and us are independent contracts, and nothing in these Terms of Use creates a partnership, employment relationship or agency. There are no third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use. You may not assign these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, to any third party without our prior, written consent, and any attempt by you to do so will be invalid. Should any part of these Terms of Use be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use will not be considered a waiver of the right to enforce such provision. Our rights under these Terms of Use will survive any termination of these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Volotek on the Site, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Volotek concerning the Site.

YOU AND VOLOTEK AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

You are legally able to accept these Terms of Use. You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Use, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Use.

General Rules of User Conduct

We aim to make the use of our Site a positive experience for all of our Users, so we require that User restricts any and all activity in connection with the use of this Site to that which involves lawful purposes only. User shall not post or transmit through this Site any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, or any material which is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law, or which, without Volotek's express prior, written approval, contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to any products or services. Any conduct by a User that in Volotek's exclusive discretion restricts or inhibits any other User from using or enjoying this Site is strictly prohibited. User agrees not to attempt to reverse engineer or jeopardize the correct functioning of the Site, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software (including the tools, methods, processes, and infrastructure) that enables or underlies the Site. User must not upload or transmit any form of virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other malicious code.

You acknowledge and agree that Volotek may preserve information and content and may also disclose information and content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Terms of Use; (c) respond to claims that any information or content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Volotek, its users or the public.

The foregoing provisions of this section apply equally to and are for the benefit of Volotek, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its third party content providers and licensors, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.

Volotek's Proprietary Rights

All materials contained in this Site, including, but not limited to images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are the copyrighted property of Volotek Pte Ltd or by other parties that have licensed their material to Volotek. As between Volotek and you, Volotek is the sole owner of all content on the Site, including without limitation, all applicable copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, and other intellectually property rights thereto. Any copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, posting, linking, deep linking, or otherwise modifying of this site without the express written permission of Volotek Pte Ltd is strictly prohibited. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of the copyrights and other proprietary rights. For purposes of these Terms of Use, the use of any such material on any other web site or networked computer environment is prohibited.

Terms of Sale

Volotek provides consumers with opportunities to experience products and services from local businesses at a discount (a "Deal").

The Coupon you purchase is redeemable for goods or services by the seller of such goods and services, hereinafter defined as "Merchant." The Merchant, not Volotek, is the seller of the goods and services and is solely responsible for redeeming any Coupon you purchase. Volotek sells a Coupon that can be redeemed in connection with your purchase of the goods or services from Merchant.

You are required to create an account in order to purchase any Deal. This is required so we can provide you with easy access to print your Deals, view your past purchases, view your referral credits earned, modify your preferences, and to ensure permissible use of the Deal. Each User is allowed to have only one active account. Each Paypal account used for making payment will be uniquely linked to a specific Outlet account. Breech of these conditions could result in account termination.

Outlet on occasion will offer its Users promotions. In connection with these promotions, any User who receives Rewards (prizes, credits, gift cards, coupons or other benefits) from Outlet through the use of multiple accounts, email addresses, falsified information, or fraudulent conduct, shall forfeit any Rewards gained through such activity and may be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties by law. The use of a Paypal account already registered to an Outlet account for the payment of purchase by another Outlet account will render both Outlet accounts ineligible for "U" points.

In addition, the following rules apply to all Deals:

• Merchant Deals may be applied only to merchandise sold by Merchant, and may not be applied to GST, service charges, shipping or handling charges unless otherwise noted.
• No cash value for any Merchant Deal.
• No cash back upon redemption or at any other time.
• The issuing of credit is at the sole discretion of the Merchant unless otherwise required by law.
• If you redeem the Coupon for less than its face value, you will not be entitled to a credit, cash or new Coupon equal to the difference between the face value and the amount you redeemed, unless otherwise required by law. For example, if you paid $40 for Coupon which entitles you to purchase $80 of product and you make a purchase for $70, you will not be entitled to a credit or cash equal to the difference between the $80 face value and the amount you redeemed. You will not have any redemption value.
• Neither the seller nor the Merchant is responsible for lost or stolen Coupon or Coupon's unique reference number.
• Coupon cannot be combined with any other gift certificates, third party certificates, coupons, or promotions.
• Reproduction, sale or trade of this certificate is prohibited unless done so in compliance with the law.
• Any attempted redemption not consistent with these terms and conditions will render the Coupon null and void to the extent prohibited by law.
• Other restrictions may be noted within the Deal.
• The Merchant shall be fully responsible for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs suffered by or in respect of a customer, caused in whole or in part by the Merchant, as well as for any unclaimed property liability arising from unredeemed Coupons. Merchant Deals are redeemable in their entirety only and may not be redeemed incrementally.

Deals

Outlet provides consumers with opportunities to purchase products and services from third party merchants ("Merchants") with a time limited promotional added value (a "Deal").

1. How It Works

By placing an order for a given Deal, you make an offer to purchase the Deal you have selected on the terms, restrictions and conditions associated with the Deal. Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation of the Deal and your credit card will be charged for the amount of the Deal. You are required to create an account in order to purchase any Deal. An account is required so we can collect information to allow you to pay for your Deals and provide you with easy access to print your Deals, view your past purchases, and modify your preferences.

2. Expiration Dates

The expiration date for a coupon is as printed on the coupon.

3. Deal Specific Terms

Each Deal has specific terms associated with the Deal, which will be presented to you at the time you commit to purchase the particular Deal. Deal specific terms supersede any inconsistent terms in this Agreement, except to the extent such terms are prohibited by applicable law.

4. Global Terms

Unless otherwise stated in the coupon or required by law, the following additional terms apply to all coupons:

• No cash value for any coupon
• No cash back will be issued for partial redemption of the paid portion of a coupon, except as required by law
• No cash back or credit will be issued for partial redemption of the promotional portion of a coupon
• coupons cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotions unless otherwise noted in the coupon
• coupons cannot be used for taxes, tips, prior balances, shipping or handling, as applicable
• Duplicate use, sale or trade of a coupon is prohibited, except as required by law
• Unless otherwise stated at the time a coupon is purchased, the coupon price does not include sales, value added or use taxes, which may be charged to you separately by the Merchant at the time you redeem the coupon

5. Merchant Responsibility

To be clear, Outlet markets the Deals and acts an as agent in selling the coupons on behalf of the Merchants. But the Merchant is the issuer of the coupon. As issuer of the coupon, the Merchant shall be fully responsible for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs suffered by or in respect of a customer, caused in whole or in part by the Merchant or its products and services, as well as for any unclaimed property liability arising from unredeemed or partially redeemed coupons. By purchasing a Deal, a customer acquires the right to print a coupon issued by the participating Merchant and to use the coupon according to its terms and the terms of this Agreement. Whether you choose to print and/or redeem the coupon is within your sole control and at your sole discretion.

6. Products Available for Sale

The Site can be accessed from countries around the world. You understand that some or all products or services provided on the Site may not be available for purchase to persons residing in certain jurisdictions or geographic areas. Outlet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to exclude or otherwise limit the provision of a coupon for any product or service to a person residing in any jurisdiction or geographical area. Outlet does not represent or warrant that any product or service promoted on the Site will be available for purchase by any particular person.

Linked Sites

You may be able to link to third parties' Web Sites ("Linked Sites") from the Site. Linked Sites are not, however, reviewed, controlled, or examined by Volotek in any way and Volotek is not responsible for the content, availability, advertising, products or other materials of any such Linked Sites, or any additional links contained therein. These links do not imply Volotek's endorsement of or association with the Linked Sites. It is your sole responsibility to comply with the appropriate terms of service of the Linked Sites as well as with any other obligation under copyright, secrecy, defamation, decency, privacy, security and export laws related to the use of such Linked Sites and any content contained thereon. In no event shall Volotek be liable, directly or indirectly, to anyone for any loss or damage arising from or occasioned by the creation or use of the Linked Sites or the information or material accessed-through these Linked Sites. You should direct any concerns to that site's administrator or webmaster. Volotek reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to add, change, decline or remove, without notice, any feature or link to any of the Linked Sites from the Site and/or introduce different features or links to different users.

Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. Termination

We may change or discontinue the Site at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to terminate these Terms of Use at our election and for any reason, without prior notice, and these Terms of Use will automatically terminate in the event that you violate any of the terms and conditions set forth below. In the event of any termination, you will immediately cease access to the Site.
