Responsibilities:

1. Explore and grow partnerships that will benefit users and partners alike.
2. Work closely with merchants and create attractive offers that will increase the business performance of the partners while designing extremely attractive offers for subscribers.

Requirements:

MUST

1. Minimum 3-5 years experience in sales and with proven track record
2. Strong interpersonal and social skills

Creative Copywriter (Full Time / Intern)Open Position

Responsibilities:

1. Craft creative write-ups on deals that can range from clear-cut to wacky.
2. Publish deals that are well-researched and features the selling points of the businesses.
3. Coordinate with other departments within the Company to ensure timely delivery of services.
4. Being a member of the Outlet Team, you will support other departments in the development, editing, and quality assurance of marketing collaterals and other publications.

Requirements:

1. Relevant editorial experience at a travel, entertainment, or lifestyle magazines and publications will be highly preferred, but not a must as long as you can write compelling and intelligent articles.
2. You should have the ability to develop creative and attractive materials with tight deadlines.

Accounting ManagerOpen Position

Responsibilities:

1. Proven experience in a senior finance position with relevant professional qualifications (Degree in Accounting, MBA and CPA).
2. Solid knowledge of accounting policies and procedures (SFRS, IFRS and US GAAP).
3. Experience in the Internet, media or software space preferred.
4. Strong computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Netsuite.
5. Excellent planning, analytical, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to supervise others and to work well with a wide diversity of people.
7. Ability to scale and manage teams from start-ups to large multinational level.
8. Organized, strategically focused, detail oriented, with the ability to effortlessly multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
9. M&A experience is a plus.

Requirements:

1. Annual budgeting and profit plan, monthly and quarterly re-forecasts, taxes, reconciliations, balance sheets, expense management, cost controls, and preparation of reporting packages and statutory financial statements across the Asia Pacific region.
2. Ensure revenues are recognized in accordance with corporate policy.
3. Liaise with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with payroll and other employment taxes, value added tax regulations, annual/quarterly corporate tax.
4. This opportunity will provide a seasoned finance/accounting professional with an exciting opportunity to build a finance team, design and implement highly scalable business systems/controls, manage the financial forecasting process, and drive a highly scalable function.
5. Analyse and interpret operating results and financial statement trends.
6. Present financial statements and reports, as well as recommendations for improvements in policies and procedures for enhancing accounting systems and financial performance.
7. Review internal financial controls to ensure integrity of financial data, protection of corporate assets, and adherence to corporate policies.
