  • What is Outlet?

    Just click "Buy Now" before the offer ends. After you confirm the purchase, we will automatically charge it to your credit card or PayPal account after you confirm the purchase and the deal is yours! Completely quick, easy and secure!


Do I need a Paypal Account?
Paypal account is NOT necessary.  If you do not have a Paypal Account, you always have the option to pay with your credit card.

How to do bank transfer?

Please also follow the following process:
1) Please click "Buy Now" on the deal.
2) Please fill in the information and billing form in the checkout page.
3) Please remember to confirm your email. You should receive an email from us once you place an order.
4) Once you go to Paypal page, you do not need to fill in anything.
5) Please send proof of payment to support@outlet.com.sg and we will send you the coupon(s) once we receive the payment.

Does Outlet’s coupons have expiry dates?
Outlet's coupons have expiry dates, so check for the dates when you get it.

How do I claim my coupon?
When you purchase a coupon, you will receive an email. Click the link attached and sign in to claim your coupon. Print the coupon and present it at the redemption location. You can use the coupon anytime before your expiry date.

When can I use my coupon?
In most cases, you can use the coupon at any time before the expiry date. But just in case, check the redemption terms on your coupon for any time or day restrictions. You don't have to use it on the day you purchase the Deal, just make sure it is used before the expiry date. We will also send a reminder to you to use the coupon five weeks before the expiry date.

Do I need to mention Outlet.com.sg when booking?
Yes. Always quote Outlet.com.sg when making a booking.

Do I need to book in advance when using my Outlet coupon?
Advance booking is essential when redeeming your Outlet coupon unless specifically contradicted in the Fine Print. Any further redemption instructions will also be included under the Fine Print section.

Can I combine my coupon with other offers or specials?
No, unless otherwise indicated.

What currency are the deals quoted in on Outlet.com.sg?
All of our deals are quoted in Singapore Dollars.

Do I need to use the full value of my coupon at one go?
Yes, we cannot offer store credit or cash refund for any portion of the coupon value that you did not use.

If my name is on the coupon, can I give it away?
Yes, whoever uses your coupon is up to you. Outlet coupons are tracked by a unique reference number, which is listed on the top right hand corner of each coupon. Although your name is on the coupon, as long as the reference number has not been used, your friend will have no problem redeeming it.

Outlet is perfect for my BFF, can I give as a gift card?
Of course. You can always purchase Outlet coupons as gift cards for friends & family. Share your love to them!

How do I print a PDF voucher?
To download your Outlet coupon in PDF format, take the following steps:

  • Log on to www.outlet.com.sg
  • Click on the login button
  • Enter your username (the email address registered with us) and your password
  • Once logged in, click on the 'My Orders' section of 'My Account'
  • Use the "Your Coupon" icon below the relevant voucher to download and print

How secure is Outlet?
We use Paypal's Payment gateway, which features industry-leading security with transaction processing secured by 128-bit SSL encryption. 

What if the business I bought the coupon from closed down?
If anything happens to the business where you bought the coupon from, we'll make sure you get 100% of your money back.

I run a business. How can I get my business featured in Outlet?

Where is Outlet based at?
Outlet's head office is in Boat Quay, Singapore.

TRAVEL FAQ

Do "Coupon redemption period" and "Travel validity" mean the same thing?
No. "Travel validity" is the period within which you can you travel to the country, while "Coupon redemption period" is the booking deadline by which you have to pre-arrange your travelling dates and any other matters with the Travel Agent.

I'm thinking of extending my stay, can I purchase and use another coupon for this?
No, using another coupon to extend your stay is not allowed. For extension rates, please refer to the Fine Print for details.

What are blackout dates?
Blackout dates refer to dates on which the coupon cannot be used.

I'm travelling with my family and we have two young children. Do I purchase coupons for my children?
Yes. Unless otherwise indicated under the Fine Print, one coupon is for required for each family member regardless of age.

I plan to travel alone but the deal requires a minimum of two purchases. Can I still purchase the deal?
Yes, you may purchase the deal. However, note that charges and arrangements for single travellers may vary. Please contact the Travel Agent for details.

Who do I pay surcharges to?
Surcharges are to be paid directly to the Travel Agent.

 

PAYMENT FAQ

When do I pay? Is there a joining fee?
You pay only when you purchase a coupon from Outlet. There is no membership fee or any other hidden fees in Outlet.

How secure is Outlet's payment process?
Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secured electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers. We use Paypal's Payment gateway, which features industry-leading security with transaction processing secured by 128-bit SSL encryption.

Do I need a PayPal account?
No, if you don’t have a PayPal account, you will be given the option to use your credit card.

I have changed my mind on a deal. Can I get a refund?
In general, we do not offer refunds if there is nothing wrong with the purchase. However, customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and refunds may be made on a case-by-case basis by emailing us at support@outlet.com.sg. If you change your mind, we will refund in 5 days from the date of purchase. Any refund after the fifth day will be given by credit.

 

REFER-A-FRIEND FAQ

How does it work?
Refer your friends, colleagues, and relatives to Outlet, and introduce them to the great Deals that we feature every day. They will be thanking you for helping them save money on many cool things to do in Singapore, Just log on to your Outlet account and send an invitation to anyone who enjoys great discounts.

If someone you refer registers at Outlet within 72 hours, you will receive a $12 worth of "U" points whenever they make their first Outlet purchase.

Can I refer as many people as I want?
Yes.

I receive referral codes from three people – do they all get rewarded?
No, only the last code you clicked on before making your first purchase will generate a reward for the person who sent it to you. Which friend do you like best?

Will I get points if my friend(s) purchased a deal using my Credit Card or Paypal Account?
No.

 

"U" points FAQ

What are "U" Points?
"U" Points are reward points that Outlet members can earn with certain activities.

How much are "U" Points worth?
100 "U" points = S$1.00.

How do I earn "U" Points?
Currently you can earn "U" Points by referring your friends to become Outlet's Customers. Please go to Referral Page for more details to earn the "U" Points. We will add more activities that you can perform to earn more "U" Points.

How do I spend my "U" Points?
You can choose to spend your hard earned "U" Points during every checkout. Points will be converted to a Dollar value in increments of 100.

Ex: If you choose to use 530 "U" Points on an order worth S$20.00, you will receive S$5.00 discount on your order. The remaining 30 "U" Points will be retained on your account.

Do my "U" points expire?
Yes, your "U" points are valid for a month.

Where can I see my "U" Points activity and balance?
You can view your "U" Points activity and balance here.

Is there a limit on how much "U" points I can earn?
Absolutely not. Keep referring your friends, and we’ll keep thanking you with "U" points.

Am I eligible for "U" points before I make any purchase?
No. You will not receive points before making any purchase from Outlet.

What can I use my "U" points on?
You can use your "U" Points on any deals worth $12.00 or more.
